Introduction
We are looking for a motivated electrician for an international manufacturing company in the construction sector.
Function
Following an induction period, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production, machinery and robots. You will take a proactive approach to prevent breakdowns and resolve them independently using PLC (Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7). You will contribute to suggestions for improvement and ensure the workplace is always tidy (5S).
Prerequisites
- Technical qualification or experience in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with PLC programmes (Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal) and frequency converters
- Solution-focused, independent and a strong team player
- Day shift: 6.54 am–3.45 pm (Fridays until 1 pm), with the option of two shifts or a continuous shift system
- Living in the Zonnebeke area
- Comfortable in a harsher industrial working environment
