First contact

We’ll meet with you to get to know your business, how you work and your culture. We’ll come to your premises. We like to get a feel for the atmosphere.

Profile definition

Together, we’ll work to understand your needs and define the ideal candidate: skills, personality, values and working environment.

Selection and interviews

We meet every candidate in person before introducing them to you. We don’t just send out CVs en masse.

Introduction to the candidates

You will receive a shortlist of suitable candidates. Only profiles that have been interviewed, vetted and have responded.

Integration and monitoring

We stay in touch throughout the placement to ensure a smooth transition.
