Introduction
We are looking for a motivated dispatcher for an international manufacturing company in the construction sector.
Organisation
As a key figure within the transport organisation, you will plan daily transport operations in Belgium and manage a team of 15 drivers. You will also coordinate assignments for subcontractors, monitor delivery reliability and proactively seek solutions to unexpected situations. You will work closely with internal departments such as production, customer service and accounts.
Prerequisites
- Vlotte Communicator offers strong geographical insight
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Accurate, service-oriented and able to cope with pressure
- Familiar with TMS and MS Office
- Experience in the transport sector is an advantage, but not essential
- In Dutch
