Introduction
We are looking for a motivated mechanic for an international manufacturing company in the construction sector.
Function
Following an induction period, you will be responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of the machinery. You will work to technical drawings, maintain and repair machine parts, and contribute to proposals for improvement. Knowledge of welding, turning and milling will be an advantage.
Prerequisites
- Technical qualification or experience in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics; knowledge of electricity is an advantage
- Knowledge of welding (semi-automatic and electrode), turning and milling
- Independent yet a strong team player
- Willing to work two shifts: 5.00–13.06 and 13.00–21.06
- Living in the Kortemark area
- Comfortable in a harsher industrial working environment
Offer
- Gross hourly wage from €20, including shift allowance
- 20 days’ leave + 1 extra day + 3 ADV days, to be chosen at your discretion
