Function
- Operation, adjustment and monitoring of production machinery
- Quality control of the product in accordance with current standards
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor adjustments
- Recording of production data and any deviations
- Contributing to a safe, orderly and clean working environment
- Close collaboration with colleagues and managers to ensure the continuity of production
- Career progression path: those who commit themselves and develop the right skills will, over time, have the opportunity to progress to a managerial role — with greater responsibilities, team leadership and a central role within production.
Prerequisites
- You have some initial experience as an operator and/or an aptitude for technical work
- You have a technical background and enjoy working with machinery
- You are meticulous, reliable and quality-conscious
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
- You speak Dutch and can communicate easily with your colleagues
- You are punctual and adhere to working hours and safety regulations
- You are ambitious: you’re not looking for a temporary job, but a role in which you can progress in the long term
- You are keen to learn and develop within the company
