Function

Operation, adjustment and monitoring of production machinery
Quality control of the product in accordance with current standards
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor adjustments
Recording of production data and any deviations
Contributing to a safe, orderly and clean working environment
Close collaboration with colleagues and managers to ensure the continuity of production
Career progression path: those who commit themselves and develop the right skills will, over time, have the opportunity to progress to a managerial role — with greater responsibilities, team leadership and a central role within production.

Requirements

You have some initial experience as an operator and/or an aptitude for technical work
You have a technical background and enjoy working with machinery
You are meticulous, reliable and quality-conscious
You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
You speak Dutch and can communicate easily with your colleagues
You are punctual and adhere to working hours and safety regulations
You are ambitious: you’re not looking for a temporary job, but a role in which you can progress in the long term
You are keen to learn and develop within the company
