Introduction
We are looking for a Level I Health and Safety Advisor for an international construction company.
Function
You will join a safety team and help to implement the prevention policy on a day-to-day basis. You will analyse risks, develop preventative measures and strengthen the safety culture within the organisation. You will organise training sessions, follow up on reports and work with internal and external partners to address high-risk situations. You will report directly to the Manager.
Prerequisites
- Level I Prevention Adviser
- A strong technical background, with a focus on practical solutions
- Experience in a production environment, ideally in machine safety
- Good communicator, team player and people-oriented
- Dutch-speaking and/or French-speaking
