Introduction
We are looking for a motivated team leader for an international manufacturing company in the construction sector.
Function
You will lead a team of around 12 people, motivating and coaching them on a daily basis to ensure production targets are met safely. You will plan, prepare and report on your team’s work. In addition, you will contribute to improvement projects within the production environment.
Prerequisites
- Initial management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Technical insight and a hands-on approach
- A good communicator with both the team and management
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- In Dutch
- Willing to work two shifts: 5.00–13.06 and 13.00–21.06
- Living in the Kortemark area
- Comfortable in a harsher industrial working environment
