Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and conscientious student warehouse assistant to join the logistics team this summer at one of our clients’ sites in Braine-l’Alleud.
Function
Your responsibilities
- Preparation & dispatch
- Labelling, grading, packing and packaging of products
- Creation of «item code» labels and entry of traceability data
- Checking orders for compliance (quantity, item numbers)
- Packaging tailored to the product (weight, fragility, destination)
- Packaging for e-commerce shipments (domestic and international)
- Stock management
- Spot check of stock on the shelves
- Recording of details via a computerised system
- General handling operations
- Cleaning and tidying the work area
- Compliance with safety and biosecurity guidelines
Prerequisites
Ideal candidate
- Students aged 15 or over (with at least two years of general secondary education)
- Available 4 afternoons a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm
- Lives near Braine-l’Alleud
- Proficient with IT tools
- Organised, meticulous, self-reliant
- Bank account holder
