Introduction
We are looking for Delivery Ambassadors for one of our clients based in Forest. The Delivery Ambassador represents the company to customers during deliveries, loading and unloading, installation, collection of equipment and related handling tasks.
He ensures that services are delivered effectively in the field, in accordance with quality standards, agreed deadlines and the company’s internal procedures.
As the key operational point of contact on site, he acts as the link between the client, the field teams and internal departments to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Through his conduct, appearance and professionalism, he projects a positive image to clients and partners.

Function
Your responsibilities:
- Delivery, installation and collection
- Carry out deliveries and the loading and unloading of equipment.
- Install and assemble the equipment
- Ensure that the equipment is dismantled and collected.
- Check that deliveries and returns comply with the customer’s requirements.
- Check that the goods are in good condition (quality, quantity, condition).
- Route planning and analysis
- Check the route sheet, delivery and collection notes, and operational/sales notes.
- Identify and report any constraints: access, timings, contacts, specific equipment, known difficulties, and requirements for additional support.
- Check the condition of the vehicle before each journey (safety, tyres, lights, cleanliness) and ensure the load is secure (fastening, straps, organisation of equipment).
- Driving and safety
- Strictly adhere to the Highway Code and safety regulations.
- Ensure the safety of the goods being transported.
- Adhere to time constraints and the route schedule.
- Customer relations and field communication
- Contact each customer at least 30 minutes before arrival.
- Please confirm the time, address, access details and whether the contact person will be present.
- To act as the main point of contact on site between Options and the client.
- Administrative monitoring and reporting
Prerequisites
Your profile:
- A full driving licence is required
- A C or CE driving licence is an advantage!
- Experience in logistics, events management or managing operational teams.
- Good organisational skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
