Bodywork Preparer / Painter

Function

Sand the bodywork surfaces and prepare the areas to be painted
Degrease, fill and sand the relevant parts
Apply the primer and carry out the final sanding
Clean the vehicles and apply protective coverings (masking) before painting
Working as part of a team within the spraying department

Offer

Daytime hours, Monday to Friday — no weekends

Requirements

Education / Experience

Several years’ experience in bodywork preparation
In-house training provided upon starting the role

Technical skills

Proficiency in sanding, filling and priming techniques
Knowledge of the materials and products used in surface preparation
Experienced in working on all makes of vehicle

Qualities

Rigorous and methodical
Team spirit
Good command of French or Dutch
