Introduction
On behalf of one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for an HR & Fleet Officer to join the HR team and take charge of managing the fleet of commercial vehicles.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR administration and the operational coordination of the fleet, within a dynamic and constantly evolving company.
Function
Your tasks
HR section:
- Administrative staff management: payroll data entry, correspondence, filing, insurance, workplace accidents, monitoring of temporary staff, etc.
- Processing of HR documents: certificates, special leave, time credits, return to work, medical appointments, payroll deductions
- Managing the HR email inbox and drafting internal communications
- Helping to organise staff events
Fleet section:
- Tracking orders and the fitting-out of commercial vehicles
- Coordination with suppliers (leasing, fuel/recharging, insurance, fines)
- Management of lease expiries, buy-backs and vehicle registrations
- Arranging replacement vehicles and providing support to users
- Monitoring of servicing, technical inspections and tyre changes in liaison with area managers
- Preparation of fleet reports
Prerequisites
Your profile
- You speak French perfectly
- You have a good command of Dutch (spoken and written)
- You have at least two years’ initial experience in an HR administrative role or similar
- You have experience in fleet management, preferably of commercial vehicles
- Proficiency in payroll software (such as Acerta) is an asset
- Excel and PowerPoint are part of your daily routine
- You are organised, discreet and solution-oriented
- You are empathetic and want to help your colleagues with their administrative tasks
- You are able to travel to both the Brussels and Zellik offices (at least once a week)
